Well, this is the first entry on to my new weblog.
This weblog is using Movable Type software, which I discovered in use by www.petercooper.co.uk. Took me about 2-hours to configure and upload to my web server provider. What I haven’t yet managed to do is to get it working through localhost on my desktop, which runs xampp’s LAMP configuration on WinXP. I’ll have a play around with this and when I get it done I’ll post a ‘how-to’.
I’ll need to spend a little more time to understand how Moveable Type works and there will no doubt be some changes and improvements to this blog over forthcoming months, but at the moment I think the main thing is to add content!
